1. Services & Delivery

The Startup Audit provides a 100% digital business diagnostic service.

  • Intake Process: Upon purchase, you are required to complete an operational intake questionnaire and provide necessary assets (e.g., website URL, pitch deck).

  • Deliverables: Based on your intake responses, we will deliver a personalized video walkthrough, a scoring metric, and an actionable blueprint.

  • No Advice: The deliverables and content on this Site are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal, financial, or investment advice.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The Site design, copy, graphics, and branding are the property of Dirtroads LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Your Deliverables: Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, share, and implement the video walkthrough, scoring metric, and blueprint within your internal business operations.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider, Stripe. Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of the digital diagnostic audit, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the audit process has begun.

4. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantees

Dirtroads LLC provides the Site and services on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific business outcomes, revenue growth, profit increases, or investment acquisition as a result of implementing our blueprint. You acknowledge that business success depends on numerous external factors and your own execution. In no event shall Dirtroads LLC be liable for any business failure, loss of revenue, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or deliverables, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from your use of the Site or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
